We offer both traditional, cassetted, and semi cassetted retractable awnings by Summerspace.  

And if you have an existing awning that needs new fabric, we can help with that as well.

Fixed Frame Awnings

These can be commercial style for a storefront or  entryway designed to be permanently mounted year round or  larger units that cover a porch or patio for summertime use only. Pick from hundreds of patterns from our selection of Sunbrella or Tempotest materials.

Solar Drop screens

These are a life saver at 5:00 when the sun is starting to set.  It makes our porch useable again during the hottest part of the summer. Manual or motorized operation. Cable Guided or free hanging.

Fixed Residential Porch Awnings

These patio awnings are meant to be used in the summer.  The material is lashed on with a rope in the spring and removed in the fall before the snow falls.  Great to sit out under when the sun is hot or the rain is falling.

Roller Tube Drop Screens 

Mount on the side or front of a porch to block 95% of the suns UV rays and still be able to see through it.. Or use canvas for complete privacy.  Manual or Motorized.  Cable guided or free hanging.
